Payments:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Cash, and Checks.

Cancellations:

Out of respect for our team and clients, we require that you give us 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  If less than 24 hours notice is given, 50% of the cost of the scheduled service will be charged day of, or at your next appointment.  This includes arriving more than 15 minutes late, or no-showing the appointment.

Late Arrival:

Whether it’s traffic, waking up late, ect., sometimes we all can be late! If you are up to 15 minutes late, we will try our best to accommodate you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we are unfortunately unable to perform the scheduled service. Lateness of more than 15 minutes is considered a missed appointment, and 50% of the cost of the scheduled service will be processed.

Service Adjustments:

We want you to feel your best with your new look! If you feel you need an adjustment to your service, please call within one week of your original appointment date. We are not able to offer refunds on services.

*Apprenticeship Adjustments:

Modifications for services performed by an Apprentice will be booked with the same Apprentice, as this is a learning situation. For any questions/concerns, please feel free to reach out to us about this policy!

Products:

Hair care products are important to keep your hair healthy and looking its best. If you have purchased a product that does not meet your needs, please feel free to come back into the salon for a refund or product exchange.
